New Features in Socket Workbench 3.1

- Improved user interface. 

- Sent and received data is displayed on the one screen. 

- Optimised code so it now runs up to 50% faster.

- Either incoming data, outgoing data or both can be filtered out.  This can 
  lead to significant speed improvements.

- Improved logging of data. Log in Hex or AscII and include time stamps to the millisecond

- All logging is recorded to the millisecond 

- Various bugs and memory leaks have been tracked down and eliminated. 

- Changed the animation.

- Modified the e-mail protocol to be more generic.

- Changed the Help system.

- Changed the registration system.
